- Videos, screenshots, guide steps, titles, and other materials you upload or create.
- Exported videos, subtitles (SRT), and related metadata.
- Settings such as language preferences and integration configuration.
Usage and technical data
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
- Device and performance data needed to operate and secure the Service.

Third-party integrations
- YouTube: If you connect YouTube, we store OAuth tokens and basic channel information needed to upload videos on your behalf. We do not receive your Google password.
- AI services: When you use AI features, relevant content (e.g. audio, text, or guide data) may be sent to providers such as OpenAI or Soniox to generate transcripts, translations, or narration, according to your actions.

Public or shared guides you publish via share links may be viewable by anyone with the link, according to your sharing settings.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and content while your account is active. You may delete guides, exports, or your account where the product provides those controls. We may retain limited backup or log data for a reasonable period for security, legal, or operational purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Disconnect third-party integrations (e.g. YouTube) in the product or your Google Account.
