These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Guidesnapp at guidesnapp.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Guidesnapp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at sales@guidesnapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
Guidesnapp helps you turn screen recordings and workflows into guides, documentation, and exported tutorial videos. Features may include AI-assisted transcription, translation, narration, export processing, and optional YouTube upload. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Your content
- You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“Your Content”).
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service (including AI and export features you request).
- You represent that you have all rights necessary for Your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
- You are solely responsible for content you publish or upload to third parties (e.g. YouTube), including visibility settings you choose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Google sign-in, YouTube, Supabase, AI providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
7. API keys and integrations
If you provide API keys (e.g. OpenAI) or connect integrations, you are responsible for those credentials, associated charges from providers, and compliance with their terms.
8. Fees
Some features may be free or paid as described on the site or in a separate agreement. Paid plans, if offered, will specify billing terms at purchase. Taxes may apply.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU SHOULD REVIEW AI-GENERATED AND EXPORTED MATERIALS BEFORE RELYING ON THEM.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUIDESNAPP AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand, except where consumer protection law in your country gives you non-waivable rights.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
